We sincerely apologize to those who experienced interruptions during our livestream services this past Sunday, January 18th. We encountered unexpected network performance issues that affected the stability of our online broadcast, including for some of our Zoom participants.

Please be assured that this was a technical issue only, not a limitation of Zoom itself. Our team has identified the causes and is actively implementing improvements to our network and streaming setup to provide a more stable and consistent experience for all online attendees.
