On May 17 our Music Sunday worship service will celebrate the power of congregational singing. Titled "And the People Sing", this service will be tailored to give you, the Congregation, many opportunities to sing. The morning's theme will discuss how we cope when things seem the bleakest. Throughout the decades our country has found strength, hope, and conviction by joining in song. Our special guest will be Mr. Kevin Slick, a local singer/songwriter whom many heard during the recent No King's rallies on the Winchester Walking Mall. Kevin will be leading songs by Pete Seeger, Woody Guthrie and Peter Paul and Mary. And we'll also draw selections from our hymnals. So, limber up your voices in the shower, or on your drive to work, and plan to sing with the masses on Sunday, May 17!
