 icated to providing the highest-quality compassionate and comprehensive ph
 ysical\, emotional\, and spiritual care for aging and seriously ill member
 s of our community\, their families\, and those affected by grief. \n\nGr
 owing this new not-for-profit in the Shenandoah Valley is nothing short of
  exciting. The organization is filled with energy\,” Ben says. “We kno
 w the value we will be bringing to the frail elderly\, a group that in man
 y cases has been overlooked. We have the opportunity to be a catalyst\, to
  serve both the medical and socialization needs of the frail elderly while
  enabling them to continue to live at home in the community.\n \nA former
  newspaper owner\, media executive\, and marketing and branding profession
 al\, Ben Weber is a key member of the new management team that is launchin
 g Blue Ridge Independence at Home\, the Winchester-based PACE (Program of 
 All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Program affiliated with Blue Ridge Hos
 pice that provides comprehensive community-based care for seniors\, allowi
 ng them to receive medical and social supportive services so they can cont
 inue to live safely and independently in their homes and communities.\n \
 nAs Vice President of Business Development for Blue Ridge Care\, Ben is re
 sponsible for promoting and growing Blue Ridge Independence at Home. Commu
 nity outreach\, marketing\, development of printed and website content\, a
 nd establishing relationships with key community partners are all part of 
 the job. \n \nBen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Poli
 tical Science from La Salle University\, Philadelphia\, Pennsylvania. He e
 arned his Master of Arts in International Business from the George Mason U
 niversity School of Public Policy\, Arlington\, Virginia. In addition\, Be
 n has studied security and economics internationally in Moscow and Budapes
 t.\n \nA native of Waynesboro\, Virginia\, in the Shenandoah Valley\, Ben
  resides in Winchester. He and his wife have two children\, one adult and 
 one teen. Ben is a member of Rotary International and a former member of t
 he Winchester City Council. Outside of work\, Ben teaches defensive drivin
