1st Thursday of each month: EarthWays Steering Committee Meetings at a location to be decided at 7:30 PM.  Contact us at shenandoahvalleycuups@yahoo.com for more information.

Second Saturday of every month:  "Northern Shenandoah Pagans' Night Out" at New Town Tavern, in Stephens City, VA.  This event runs from 7:00 PM until they run us out!

Third Wednesday of every month: NSVPA Planning Meeting at the Daily Grind on Valley Ave. in Winchester, VA.  Meetings begin at 7:30 PM, sharp.  Come and be a part of the planning process - have a hand in building our local Pagan community! Monday, October 3rd - DarkMoon Women's Circle, 7:30pm, is held at a private residence. The intention of this circle is to use the gentle power of the dark moon to explore and celebrate the Goddess within us, to work for peace (for ourselves, communities and the earth) and to send and receive healing energy from the Earth Mother. Saturday, October 29thSamhain Masquerade Ball from 8:00pm – 1:00am.  Join us as we celebrate Samhain with the folks from Northern Shenandoah Valley Pagan Alliance (the people who bring you Pagan Pride Day and Midsummer Festival).  Music, dancing, finger food, costume and cackling contests, tarot readings by Ravyn, and much more.  $20 per person.  Please note this a drug & alcohol free event for everyone age 15 and over.   See www.nsvpa.org for more info.

Friday, November 11th,– Full Moon Circles.   Youth Circle for ages 12 - 17 from 7pm– 8:00   Everyone age 12 - 17 are welcome to attend, however those under 18 only admitted with parent or signed parental permission.  Full Moon Circle for adults only begins at 8:00pm. Bring drums or other instruments if desired.  Childcare provided with advance notice of need.  If you are coming, please give the courtesy of an RSVP to Tom at tvandeberg@nsvpa.org.

 

Saturday, November 12th“Womb of Mystery” Retreat for Mystics, Dreamers, Creators & Do-ers.  9:00am – 9:30pm.  In this one day experiential retreat we use the tools of the mystic to touch the mystery within that opens the gates of joy and true thanksgiving.  As the ancestors’ whispers accompany us into the dark time of the year, we pause between breaths to nurture our souls, soothe our spirits, and create new pathways in our human mind-body for the blossoming of possibility & promise.  Lunch & Dinner provided – registration is a must.  Sliding scale $90 - $125 – scholarships are available.
